About the Role:

We are looking for a talented therapist who shares our passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary care team to provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Work with other professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Make referrals based on screening protocols and assessed needs of clients
  • Participate in organizational Quality Improvement activities
  • Comply with Corporate Compliance processes and complete required documentation and record keeping

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), or equivalent
  • Licensed or able to complete licensing requirements to provide outpatient therapy services in the state of Iowa
  • Independent license preferred, but temporary licensed providers are welcome to apply
