**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Resources for Human Development. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapies to children, adolescents, or adults depending on program support population using evidence-based practices in addiction-substance use disorders, mental health diagnosis, and other areas as required by program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct intake assessments, including recommendations for treatment
* Provide individual, group, and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues
* Maintain active caseload, including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment
* Maintain tracking system for treatment plans and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals
**Administrative Responsibilities:**
* Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines
* Provide supervision to non-licensed therapists, counselors, and other staff as needed to support state requirements for licensing
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field
* State license is required (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as specified in the addendum based on program licensing/funder requirements
* Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs
* ACT 33/34 clearances if required by program
* FBI clearance, as needed
* All trainings required by licensure
**Physical Requirements:**
* Stand or sit (stationary position)

* Use hands or fingers to handle or feel (operate, activate, prepare, inspect, position)
* Climb (stairs/ladders)
* Talk/Hear (communicate, converse, convey, express/exchange information)
* See (detect, identify, recognize, inspect, assess)
* Pushing or pulling
* Repetitive motion
* Reaching (high or low)
* Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl (position self, move)
**Lifting Requirements:**
* Light: exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
**Reporting Relationships:**
* Direct Supervisor: Clinical Supervisor/Program Director
