Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to oversee the provision and quality of nursing care in our healthcare facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a unit or shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Ensure that staff assess client health problems and needs, develop, and implement nursing care plans.
  • Nursing Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of nursing care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
