Aveanna Healthcare is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner
- Participate in developing and updating the nursing care plan

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
Estimated Salary Range: $27.00-$35.00 per hour based on location and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer matching, and paid training and continuous professional development opportunities.
