Job Summary

The Remington Hotels Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
  • Remove soiled linen from housekeeping carts and transport it to the laundry room for cleaning.
  • Take dirty glasses from guest rooms and transport them to the dishwasher for cleaning.
  • Participate in deep cleaning of hotel public areas, including hallways, elevators, and vending areas.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a high work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be required to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
