As an EVS Director at Crothall, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring of unit expenditures
  • Developing and recommending department operating budgets
  • Coordinating housekeeping activities with other departments
  • Actively communicating with administration and other hospital departments
  • Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising functions and activities of the department
  • Establishing work standards and workflow
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A four-year college degree and equal related experience
  • Five years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high customer service attitude
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
