About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I to join our team at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, GA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutrition care to patients, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process and strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Meet Joint Commission/State/Federal and Sodexo standards, ensuring a high level of quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of required coursework and supervised practice.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensure in the State of GA.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff.
  • Ability to work a weekend and holiday rotation.
