Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Implement nursing interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to establish priorities, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including assessments, care plans, and interventions, to ensure continuity of care and facilitate communication among healthcare team members.
- Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
- Health Certificate: Hold a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
