The Senior Behavior Supervisor plays a crucial role in the continuous development and execution of comprehensive behavior management strategies and policies within educational environments. This position leads the formulation of Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans, while also overseeing the behavior team and collaborating with other staff as necessary.

Minimum Salary:
USD $85,000.00/Yr.
Key Responsibilities:
Additional duties may be assigned as required.
- Conduct regular meetings with the behavioral team to assess individual and team progress, address issues, and communicate necessary information to administration.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and in-services focused on the behavioral skills essential for job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with program teams and leadership to facilitate discussions on problem-solving and the development and implementation of individualized student behavior plans.
- Assist the Behavior Director in leading inter-school behavior and clinical teams.
- Conduct fidelity checks on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and provide support to classroom staff as needed.
- Analyze school-wide data on student-specific restraint and seclusion, actively implementing practice changes to minimize the need for both.
- Supervise qualified staff pursuing or holding Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- Provide direct coaching and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring a consistent and supportive presence in the program.
- Complete all required documentation accurately to track student progress, including crisis intervention and behavior intervention records.
- Participate as an integral member of the treatment team, observing, evaluating, and communicating all relevant information, both orally and in writing.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive organizational culture.
- Ensure the safety and security of students, providing crisis intervention when necessary.
- Attend required trainings and meetings.
- Review client files quarterly to assess service plan implementation, progress towards desired outcomes, and future appropriateness of service plans.
- Perform all duties in compliance with contract, state and federal regulations, company policies, and regulatory agency standards.
- May be required to operate vehicles, maintain insurability with the auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working with the populations served by the program. Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
