Habilidades y Experiencia Requeridas:
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo con ReactJS y React Native.
  • Fuertes habilidades fundamentales en JavaScript (ES5 y ES6).
  • Experiencia con TypeScript o ClojureScript es un plus.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en CSS.
  • Comprensión profunda de los principios fundamentales de React.
  • Experiencia con Flux/Redux es preferida.
  • Conocimiento en bibliotecas de estructuras de datos.
  • Conocimiento de problemas de compatibilidad entre navegadores.
  • Comprensión de estándares web modernos y patrones modulares.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de interfaces de usuario basadas en componentes.
  • Fluidez en las mejores prácticas para HTML5, CSS y bibliotecas/frameworks de Javascript.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con un fuerte sentido de trabajo en equipo.
  • Experiencia en la creación de paneles de control impulsados por datos es un plus.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades bajo presión y ambigüedad.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico.
  • Atención al detalle en la usabilidad y creación de experiencias visualmente atractivas.
  • Familiaridad con preprocesadores CSS (Sass o Less).
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo/implementación de animaciones CSS impulsadas por eventos de ventana e interacciones del usuario.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de optimización de rendimiento.
  • Familiaridad con la gestión de paquetes de dependencias NPM.
  • Conocimiento de APIs RESTful.
  • Familiaridad con MongoDB u Oracle.
  • Dominio de control de versiones GIT.
  • Comodidad con la metodología de desarrollo ágil/Scrum.
