YOUR ROLE:

In the capacity of a Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing operations related to client support, relationship management, information dissemination, and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary contact for both potential and existing clients, facilitating the organization and promotion of client-focused events, and executing various administrative duties within the office.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Client Relations:

Collaborate with clients to deliver comprehensive responses regarding their files, updates on cases, and application processes.

- Provide assistance for inquiries related to products or portfolios that are not performance-based.

- Oversee financial transactions and transfers.

- Prioritize client issues for the Advisor based on a solid understanding of available products and services.

- Maintain and update client records in the internal client relationship management system.

- Address all incoming and outgoing client inquiries and complaints through various communication channels including verbal, phone, and written correspondence.

- Partner with Principal Financial Advisors and team members to manage, participate in, and enhance all prospect events (such as seminars and webinars) as well as client education and appreciation initiatives.

Administrative Support:

- Manage the calendar and appointments for the CEO and Lead Financial Advisor.

- Conduct maintenance and audits of client files.

WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or client services role.

- Possession of Series 6, Life and Health licenses.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Demonstrated ability and ongoing interest in working within a team-oriented environment with diverse responsibilities and accountability.

- Proven track record in client relations and relationship development.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
