Flowers Foods, a leading producer of packaged bakery goods in the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to our customers. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate records and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and deliver fresh baked products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Check vehicle daily, keep accurate records, and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Fill out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service
  • Work varying workdays and early morning start times, including weekends
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and documented safe driving record required
  • Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
