  • Assist in nap time routines and ensure a calm environment.
  • Change diapers as necessary while following hygiene protocols.
  • Report any accidents, illnesses, or unusual behaviors to the appropriate personnel and guardians.
  • Ensure that play, rest, and changing areas are maintained in a clean and sanitized condition.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for working with young children.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of child development principles.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Ability to spend extended periods sitting on the floor.
  • Mobility as required by the position.
  • Ability to navigate stairs and engage in physical activities such as walking, running, skipping, and jumping.

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
