As a **Licensed Physical Therapist** at JM Chandler Dream Builders, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Your expertise will be vital in guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journey, focusing on restoring mobility and alleviating pain.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' physical conditions and symptoms.
- Diagnose movement dysfunctions and create tailored treatment plans.
- Instruct patients on effective therapeutic exercise techniques.
- Utilize stimulation or massage techniques to facilitate healing.
- Assist patients in using mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress towards rehabilitation goals.
- Provide guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting with verifiable references.
- Valid certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Compliance with health requirements including immunizations and physical examinations.
This position offers flexible scheduling options:
- 32 hours per week (preferred), flexible Monday through Friday between 5:00 am and 3:00 pm.
- 40 hours per week, with shifts from Tuesday to Friday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, or Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
