Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Tennessee Colony, TX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients, handling complex medical/surgical conditions, chronic pain, joint replacements, and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to patients with various conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized plans to meet patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Valid BLS certification.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional conduct and strong communication skills.

Shift Details:

  • Day shift role with flexible 32 or 40 hours per week options.

Additional Information:

  • Potential for floating to different units within a 30-minute drive.
  • 13-week assignment with extension possibility.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, exemptions accepted.
