Job Description

Civil Science is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EIT- Transportation to join our team. In this role, you will assist our engineers in performing routine aspects of civil engineering assignments, gaining familiarity with our programs, staff, and operating procedures. You will work on a variety of projects related to transportation and municipal, including design work, construction engineering, and on-site inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required
  • Working knowledge of related aspects of civil engineering projects, including roadway design, land surveying, construction inspection, and CADD
  • Recent experience in highway/DOT projects is a plus
  • Proven ability to think critically and ensure a successful project outcome
  • Preference given to candidates who have passed the F.E. and have 2+ years related design experience
  • Experience with design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil3D is a plus
  • Must be able to pass both a background check and driving record review
