Job Title: Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher to join our team at Hope House Colorado. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the supervision, care, and education of a group of young children in the Early Learning Center.
  • Develop and maintain respectful and nurturing relationships with children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to support children across all developmental areas.
  • Assist with curriculum planning and implementation, and classroom management strategies to meet each child's individual needs.
  • Maintain complete and timely records, and ensure classroom safety and appearance.

Requirements:

  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree (preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
