About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Texas Roadhouse. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Supervise and ensure proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination
  • Manage the storage and use of dish chemicals to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize and maintain the dish room, including setting up and arranging dish racks
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment
