We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ford's Garage. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure they are clean and ready for use
  • Keep the dishroom and equipment clean and organized, and stock the kitchen with clean tableware
  • Clean and maintain floors according to cleaning standards during shifts
  • Sweep parking lots, back dock, and kitchen frequently
  • Dispose of trash and debris in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
