Job Title: Experienced Telecom Tower Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom tower equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecom Tower Technician
  • Knowledge of telecom tower equipment and technology
  • Certifications such as ComTrain or equivalent are a plus
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting Base Pay (Based on Experience): $19.00-$25.00 per hour
  • $2000 Sign on Bonus Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment
  • Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance
  • Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $100/day
  • Generous end of the year bonuses
  • Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks
  • Christmas and New Years OFF
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. (Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
  • Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability. (Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
  • 401k with a 25% company match. (Maxed out at $2500/year)
