Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading construction company in the Pacific Northwest.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage payroll and compliance tasks. This role will be responsible for processing weekly certified reports, performing data entry, and providing support to project personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll and compliance tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Process weekly certified reports and perform data entry
  • Provide support to project personnel on routine basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in document control or certified payroll in construction environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Benefits:

Apollo Mechanical Contractors offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on experience.
