The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos seeks a seasoned professional to assume the role of COMSEC Manager. This fast-paced position involves safeguarding communications integrity and maintaining trust within the organization.

As a key player in this endeavor, you will oversee multiple networks across various customer sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Create and enforce COMSEC policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage vulnerabilities associated with communications security.
  • Develop and implement training programs for personnel on COMSEC protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of COMSEC material, including keying equipment and cryptographic keys.
  • Lead regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of COMSEC principles, practices, and technologies. A bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of experience is required. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proven ability to conduct training and develop educational materials.

In addition, we are seeking an individual with certification in security management, such as CISSP, CISM, or COMPTIA Security+. Experience in risk management and incident response is also highly desirable.
