The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, developing case strategies, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case management.
  • Develop and implement case strategies, including negotiation and litigation, to achieve optimal results for clients.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and goals are prioritized.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong track record of success.
