Charge Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at American Health Communities. As a Charge Nurse - LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of caregivers.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures.
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
- Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Perform emergency procedures, including CPR.
- Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
- Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Supervisory experience and ability to train, schedule, and assign work to support staff.
