Charge Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse LPN to join our team at American Health Communities. As a Charge Nurse LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of caregivers.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and supervising other caregivers to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work.
- Perform administrative duties such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Perform emergency procedures such as CPR.
- Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee as a licensed practical nurse (LPN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
- Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds.
