Vascular Neurology Specialist

The Department of Neurology and the Neurosciences Institute of Albany Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist with fellowship training in Vascular Neurology to join the Division of Vascular Neurology and the Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in cerebrovascular clinics
- Coverage of the inpatient service
- Provide education to medical students, residents, and vascular neurology fellows
- Conduct research
Albany Medical Center is one of the "Top 100" Stroke Hospitals in the U.S., certified by TJC and the New York State Department of Health, and serves as a major referral center for upstate New York and surrounding states. The position offers a unique opportunity for an early or mid-career vascular neurologist to practice in a busy academic Stroke service.
