About the Role

As a Pest Control Technician at HomeTeam Pest Defense, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners while working on your assigned route. This role requires a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform. You will also be expected to discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired. To be successful in this position, you must maintain your pest control license and stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge by attending regular seminars. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting accurate service tickets to office staff and staying motivated and focused while working independently. Occasionally, you may be required to work on Saturdays to complete your route.

As a Pest Control Technician at HomeTeam Pest Defense, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $40,000 to $50,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Furthermore, you will have access to a 401(k) plan with a company match up to 6%, an employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement. Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. You must also be able to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. You must meet the physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
