About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team at Profile Powersports. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, supporting our team, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office documents, including filing, correspondence, and phone calls
  • Assist with off-road vehicle registrations and provide support as needed
  • Stock inventory and prepare vehicles for sale
  • Process payments and verify invoices
  • Code vendor invoices and post to the system
  • Support vehicle/unit transactions and deal posting
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Prior experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role is an asset
  • Proficiency in double-entry accounting software and/or MS Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Willingness to learn new software and systems
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation starting at $15-$17 per hour based on experience
  • Hourly wage review after 90 days, with potential increase based on performance
  • Part-time schedule of approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your needs
