Job Overview:

The Mountain West Corral, Inc. dba Golden Corral is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, quantity, and presentation of our Hot Choice Buffet products.

Salary Range:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook hot buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving.
  • Conduct opening and closing administrative procedures, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Restock and rotate food products by using the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in culinary arts or related field.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
