Job Overview

At O'Fallon Casting, we seek a skilled Machinist B to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in precision machining technology and the ability to interpret casting blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate drill presses, milling machines, and lathes to machine castings and build fixtures.
  • Work from casting blueprints to verify accuracy of work to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety requirements and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors and group leaders to receive daily work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including attending training sessions and hazardous material handling classes.

Requirements:
