Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CNC Machinist to work in our medical device manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, maintaining quality and safety standards, and performing various manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines to produce machined parts with high precision and accuracy
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime
  • Inspect parts and enter tool offset into machine controller as required
  • Perform other manufacturing activities as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Related technical education or training desired
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing-related position, preferably in medical devices
  • Familiarity with Tsugami and Citizen Swiss CNC machines with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls
  • ISO 9001/ISO 13485 manufacturing background preferred
Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year salary range
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus details below:
  • Less applicable taxes payable after 90 days of full-time employment and employee must be in good standing with Bausch
  • Less applicable taxes payable after 180 days of full-time employment and employee must be in good standing with Bausch
