Detalles del Trabajo

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir con la nómina contable, facturación, cobros, procesamiento de órdenes de trabajo, créditos, colecciones, cierre de mes, asientos contables
  • Asegurar que se cumplan los plazos de informes internos y externos
  • Reconciliar balances y revisar estados financieros para garantizar el cumplimiento de GAAP
  • Proporcionar apoyo analítico a ventas y marketing para análisis de precios y rentabilidad
  • Realizar análisis financieros y reportar al equipo de gestión
  • Responsable de gastos de capital y transacciones del sub-libro de gestión de activos
  • Contribuir al proceso de presupuestación y previsión anual
  • Proporcionar apoyo de auditoría a auditores externos

Calificaciones:

  • Título en Contabilidad o Finanzas
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia laboral relevante
  • Experiencia en Contabilidad Pública es un plus
  • CPA es un plus
