Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a passion for emergency nursing and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing
  • Assist with the orientation and training of new staff members
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency department setting
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Clinical certification in adult trauma nursing (ATCN or TNCC) and basic life support (BLS)
