Job Summary

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Manager to lead the development of our Ad Measurement solutions. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for defining product vision and strategies, developing and enhancing products, and conducting industry and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product lifecycle from research, requirement definitions, metrics analyses, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts
  • Define product vision and strategies for Ad Measurement solutions, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities and building business cases
  • Develop and enhance products - manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in product management in online advertising/ad tech, data analytics, and/or business intelligence/reporting
  • Experience in advertising measurement (MMMs, MTAs, Rest-of-Market, Brand Lift, Incrementality, Attribution) strongly preferred
  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or the equivalent)
  • 8+ years of experience leading product teams at an Online Advertising / Ad Tech business
  • Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, MTAs, Brand Lift, strongly preferred
  • Experience developing product partnerships with external partners
  • Experience defining product strategy involving cross-functional stakeholders

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
