Job Summary

Rome Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Manager to lead our 12-bed unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of patient care, ensuring high-quality care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hospital nursing experience in acute care, preferably in leadership roles. BLS/ACLS certification is required.

About the Role

As Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Manager, you will have 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, day-to-day unit operations, and staff functions. You will collaborate with the team to establish goals and direction for the unit, ensuring they align with the hospital's mission and strategic plan.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the delivery of patient care on the unit
