Position Summary

The Dock Supervisor will collaborate with unit management to oversee operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, government regulations, and standards set by accrediting agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product inventory and ordering processes effectively.
  • Lead a team of porters by assigning daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Oversee all operational activities, focusing on quality improvement, sanitation, organization, security, and dock cleanliness.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with management, clients, and team members.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate initiative, urgency, accountability, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
