Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • Role model established guest experience practices with internal and external customers.
  • Cash Handling
    • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and making change as needed.
    • Count and balance cash register at the end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
    • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed, ensuring a visually appealing store display.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
