The Financial Assistance Coordinator is an essential member of our team at Firstsource Solutions USA, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing hospital censuses to identify self-pay patients and screening them for eligibility assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen patients on-site at hospitals for eligibility assistance programs.
  • Document patient information and results in onsite tracking tools and hospital systems.
  • Maintain positive relationships with hospital staff and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in medical coding, billing, or eligibility preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
