Key Responsibilities- Prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents
- Follow project design guides and templates
- Research materials and assemble details
- Collaborate with seasoned, licensed Architects
- BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
- Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program/Intern Development Program is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 to $157,000, depending on scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge, and experience. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
