Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Resort Guest Experience Manager to join our team at one of our luxury resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Estimated Salary: $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities
The Resort Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the hotel's day-to-day guest room inventory, acting as a liaison between various departments to ensure accurate room distribution, and organizing room moves, control maximum occupancy days, and supervising upgrades. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that special reservations and accommodations are handled properly and communicating priority arrivals with Housekeeping, Engineering, and resort leadership as applicable.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to give high priority to customer service.
  • Computer proficiency.
