Job Responsibilities:
- Execute electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Assist service managers and estimators in documenting necessary mechanical or electronic repairs.
- Conduct comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs in the field.
- Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships through our company’s core values and brand promise.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong understanding of inspection-based services and repairs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the independent tire and automotive repair market.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and perform maintenance and light repairs effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests, and possess a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in using various automotive service and diagnostic tools.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with an outgoing and sociable personality being a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
