We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our team in Albany, NY. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on day-to-day operations related to litigation cases.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for drafting motions, conducting legal research, participating in depositions, and appearing in court. They will also communicate with clients and work with other attorneys and staff members to manage cases.

To be considered for this role, you must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
