Baldwin Healthcare Center, a leading provider of post-acute care, is currently seeking an experienced RN MDS Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

About the Role
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of mds assessments and coordination of the RAI process. You will also provide Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight to ensure appropriate clinical services are provided and reimbursement is received for each resident. This includes ensuring that the centers are in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely completion of mds assessments
  • Coordination of the RAI process
  • Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight
  • Maintenance of regulatory compliance

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Three years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
  • Experience with the MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred
