Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Tele Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy. You will also provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnosis and co-morbidities.
- Complete hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs.
