Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Lexington, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. The Speech Language Pathologist will work with a pediatric caseload, providing direct and indirect therapy interventions. The role involves working with articulation and language goals, conducting assessments and evaluations as needed, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve student goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students with varying levels of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and goals

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification
  • Active/Pending Virginia SLP license
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations
