  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping, to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Mentor residents to learn new skills and develop their interests, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  • Support residents in their daily routines, including personal care and hygiene, to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring the unique needs and goals of each resident are met.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
