Payroll Manager

Seeking Payroll Manager to join friendly team in Woodburn, OR area. This role is part of a 3-person payroll team that processes weekly union, multi-state payroll for up to 325 employees. This team is friendly, efficient and enjoys a very balanced 40/hour a week workload. As the best fit for the role, you should have 3+ years of directly related payroll experience and an interest in learning new things. Some applicable supervisory experience is required. This position is open due to a promotion and offers training opportunities.
Location: This is an On-site role in Woodburn, OR area
Compensation: $75,000-90,000 base + profit sharing
401k: 3% Automatic employer contribution (not a match)

Your focus, as Payroll Manager:
As part of a team, process weekly union and non-union, multi-state payroll for up to 325 employees
Supervise and work alongside 2 Payroll Specialists
Manage union reporting and tax reporting
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
What you bring to the team:
3+ years of payroll experience, including some leadership abilities
Union and multi-state processing experience is a requirement
Calm, confident and friendly in nature – ability to work with a variety of employees successfully
In-house payroll processing experience preferred, not require
Construction related experience preferred, but not required
