Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a RF Engineer Specialist in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our RF Antenna & Radome Team, you will lead and shape antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology within the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage antenna or radome hardware and requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to design and develop innovative solutions
  • Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance to requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in antenna element design and fabrication, antenna simulation and modeling, and antenna measurements
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
