We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the integration of hardware systems with a high level of understanding of digital signal processing algorithms, advanced waveforms, antenna patterns, and techniques used in resource-constrained missile systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Flight Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a test range.
  2. Support qualification of our products and troubleshoot technical issues with electronics.
  3. Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders.

As a Technical Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, utilizing your expertise in RF/EO integration and testing. Your experience in managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers will be invaluable in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB or Python for data analysis and automation
  • Current Top Secret clearance
