Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to help shape the future of Spill. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by establishing a product culture, developing a standardized process of discovery, and fostering strong stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities- Establish the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for your product areas
- Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and customers
- Partner with Engineering and Design to collaborate on building solutions that address customer needs and drive business growth
- Implement and foster strong product management practices, promoting a culture of feedback, inclusion, and product excellence
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, product management, program management, or equivalent, with a proven track record of driving complex systems with simple, thoughtful experiences
- Strong understanding of technical issues, particularly those related to distributed systems
- Ability to make decisions with empathy and consideration of all viewpoints, using data to create consensus on outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information to various audiences
- Customer-obsessed mindset, with a focus on building meaningful relationships and solving customer problems
